Under "Documentation", the support contact person and information on the customer network are recorded to speed up the processing of support cases.
1 In the menu, select “Documentation”.
The “Contact person” tab appears.
2 Select the tabs "Customer Network", "Devices" or "Media Gateway", if required.
| The entries on the "Customer network", "End devices" or "Media gateway" tabs are optional, are for information purposes only and have no effect on the configuration of SwyxWare. The possibly entered data appears in a file <Project-ID>_<Site>_<Date>-<Time>.xlsx in the folder “Documentation” of the Configuration package. |
3 Click on the “Apply” button to save the settings.
