Enter documentation data
Under "Documentation", the support contact person and information on the customer network are recorded to speed up the processing of support cases.
To enter the Information 
1 In the menu, select “Documentation”.
*The “Contact person” tab appears.
Label
Explanation
Support for the Customer
First Name
Enter the first name of the contact person.
Last Name
Enter the last name of the contact person.
Email
Enter the email address of the contact person.
Phone number
Enter the phone number via which the contact person can be reached.
Support for the Partner
Name
Enter the first and last name of the contact person.
Number
Enter the phone number where the contact person can be contacted.
2 Select the tabs "Customer Network", "Devices" or "Media Gateway", if required.

The entries on the "Customer network", "End devices" or "Media gateway" tabs are optional, are for information purposes only and have no effect on the configuration of SwyxWare. The possibly entered data appears in a file <Project-ID>_<Site>_<Date>-<Time>.xlsx in the folder “Documentation” of the Configuration package.
 
3 Click on the “Apply” button to save the settings.
