5.3 Call pickup
Call pickup allows users to pick up calls that are ringing with a colleague. This allows a call to be picked up for a colleague who is temporarily unable to answer the call. Call pickup can be used by dialling the respective system extension, by using a hotkey on a fixed phone or via Enreach Contact Desktop. Please note that in order to use call pickup, you must have been granted the corresponding rights in a privacy group, see 6.3 Privacy groups.
