Call pickup allows users to pick up calls that are ringing with a colleague. This allows a call to be picked up for a colleague who is temporarily unable to answer the call. Call pickup can be used by dialling the respective system extension, by using a hotkey on a fixed phone or via Enreach Contact Desktop.
