5.7.1 Shomi Personal Assistant system number
With Shomi a new system number is introduced. Users can dial this system number to start recording a conversation, Shomi can then analyse the conversation and for instance create a summary and/or transcription of this conversation. These will then can be accessed in the call history of the Enreach Contact Desktop client.
The Shomi system number can be dialled from any device and is included in the roster of the Enreach Contact Desktop client.
