4.12.1 Functionally configuring AI extensions
After ordering the AI extension, it will be listed in the Orders overview in the Enreach Contact environment. Click on the name of the AI extension to view the order details. Opening the Actions dropdown menu and clicking on Edit in studio will connect you to the Enreach DialoX environment where the extension can be further configured.

In the studio, you only configure the AI extension itself. For more information, refer to the DialoX documentation under manuals.dialox.ai/store/marketplace. The call flow completed within Enreach Contact and the numbering plans are configured in the Enreach Contact environment.
