4.12.1 Functionally configuring Smart Apps
After ordering the Smart App, it will be listed in the Orders overview in the Enreach Contact . Click on the name of the Smart App to view the order details. Opening the Actions dropdown menu and clicking on Edit in studio will connect you to the Enreach DialoX where the extension can be further configured.
In the studio, you only configure the Smart App itself. For more information, refer to the DialoX documentation under manuals.dialox.ai/store/marketplace. The call flow completed within Enreach Contact and the numbering plans are configured in the Enreach Contact .
