The assistant group functionality is used for managers and/or board members and their assistants. Each manager has his own direct dial number. If the manager is called, the call is offered to the assistant group. The manager’s phone does not ring, but he receives a notification in Enreach Contact Desktop with the option to pick up the call. This notification disappears when the call is answered by one of the assistants. The members of the assistant group also receive a notification in Enreach Contact Desktop with the name of the manager and his user and line status. They can answer or reject the call via the Enreach Contact Desktop application.
