6.8.1 Activating IP listing
You can activate IP listing in the Enreach Contact environment in the Operator portal.
To activate IP listing
1 If applicable, type in the customer you want to activate IP listing for in the search bar and click on the customer’s name.
*The Customer details page appears.
2 In the menu click on Enreach Contact.
*The Enreach Contact environment appears.
3 Open the dropdown menu Actions and click on Activate IP listing.
*A warning appears, informing you how the feature works.
4 Click on Confirm to activate the service.
*The IP listing is active.
