3.1 User extension
The user extension is needed to make calls with a device. Within Enreach Contact you can create a 2 to 5-digit user extension.
In order to make calls with the Enreach Contact service, you need a Enreach Contact user extension. The ordering, changing and terminating of the user extensions is carried out in the Operator portal.
Please note that once a 2, 3-, 4- or 5-digit number plan is chosen, it is no longer possible to change to another number plan and a new environment will have to be created.
