Contact Connect allows the integration of Enreach Contact Desktop with your CRM or Enterprise Resource Package (ERP) or contact database for incoming calls and quick and easy access to the contact card in the respective CRM. Incoming calls are recognized and if the caller’s phone number exists in your CRM, ERP package or contact database, the name and company name of the respective contact will be displayed in a notification.
