2 Installing and Logging into Contact Connect
In order to use Contact Connect, the Contact Connect Administration tool must be installed. If this hasn’t been installed for you yet, please download it by clicking on the following link: Contact Connect Administration tool download
After the successful installation of the Contact Connect Administration tool, you can log in with your Enreach Contact credentials.
It is recommended to start the Contact Connect administration tool right after the installation and to activate the start of the program when starting your computer.
Please note that you need CRM Administrator rights, that have to be assigned in Enreach Contact Administration.
