Upgrade a device with new software
It is possible to upgrade the software in a device.
How to perform an upgrade
1. Select the "Devices" tab.
2. Select the device. It is possible to upgrade multiple devices, however, only devices of the same type can be selected.
3. In the "Device" menu, select the option "Upgrade".
4. Import the software file first, if applicable. For further information please refer to Import of new device software.Otherwise, skip this step.
5. Select the software file from the "Available files" list.
6. Click on "OK".
The software will be uploaded to the device. A progress bar shows the progress of the download.
The device restarts automatically after a successful download.
7. To cancel the upgrade, select "Device | Cancel upgrade" in the menu.
