Trace Tool
With the installation of Swyx WebAccess, the WebAccess Trace Tool is also installed.
This program lets you specify the components for which logging is required, and the level of detail.
This is how you use the WebAccess Trace Tool
1. Open the WebAccess Trace Tool under "Start | Programs | Swyx WebAccess".
DataCollector
The DataCollector is the service that retrieves the relevant information from all configured SwyxServers.
Configurations Wizard
The configuration wizard specifies all necessary server parameters, and the corresponding filters and exclusions.
This is where you decide the trace level for the DataCollector and the configuration wizard. The higher the value, the more detailed the logs which are kept. Logs
Opens the directory in which the created log files are stored.
Log file
Opens the current protocol file.
Installation Report
You can view installation details in this. The displayed file is opened and edited in the Windows Text Editor (Notepad).
2. If you want to change a trace level, mark the value with a click and enter a new value (1 to 4).
3. Save a created or changed configuration with "Save".

exit the WebAccess Trace Tool without changes by clicking on "Close".
