Available SwyxWare functions
The following SwyxWare functions are available:
Hold call
The user is able to put an active telephone call on hold. A connection on hold is a telephone call that a user is making, but has interrupted for a short time. The subscriber put on hold hears music on hold.
Retrieve call
A call on hold can be reactivated.
Call Transfer
A call on hold can be connected to another call partner. The active call is first put on hold, and a new call is initiated. The call on hold and the active call can then be connected.
Connect without Inquiry (Blind Call Transfer)
You can forward a phone call without making an Inquiry Call first.
Call Swap
Call swapping is when you switch between the active call and one on hold. When you do this, the currently active call will be put on hold and a call previously on hold will be activated.
Recording List
Phone calls can be recorded. The short tone signals to the conversation partner that recording has been initiated.
Conferences
Several internal and external subscribers can be joined to form a conference.
Activation and Configuration of Forwarding
Incoming calls can be forwarded, e.g. to another telephone number (internal or external) or to your standard voicemail.
Remote Inquiry
Remote inquiry allows the user to listen to his voicemail.
