A SwyxWare environment older than 2011 cannot be upgraded to 2015. An upgrade of SwyxWare Compact is not supported.

When upgrading to SwyxWare 2015, SwyxIt! has also to be upgraded to version 2015. It is not possible to log telephony clients on that are older than 2013 to SwyxServer 2015. SwyxIt! 2013 R2 only works to a limited extent and should therefore be upgraded to SwyxIt! 2015 as soon as possible.

SwyxWare 2015 requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1.
