SwyxWare integration in Microsoft Office is enhanced with the new SwyxIt! function "Office Communication AddIn". For this function, the SwyxWare administrator must assign a unique email address to every user. For further information please refer to chapter The “Administration” Tab.

When upgrading SwyxWare versions that do not feature "Office Communication AddIn“, the email address is automatically taken for the new function that was configured for receiving voice mails. If mutliple users have the same voicemail address, then this address will only be taken for one of those users.
