User license and User Upgrade Key
Every user who is currently logged on to a SwyxServer (SwyxWare) needs a user license. These user licenses are assigned dynamically, i.e. users, who are configured but not logged on, do not need a user license.
In SwyxWare for DataCenter, all configured users are recorded in the usage report and thus licensed.
To increase the number of SwyxWare users you can purchase additional User Upgrade Keys. The total number of users which can log on to SwyxServer at one time is the sum of the users included in the first SwyxWare and the number of users included in the User Upgrade Key.

User Upgrade Key Does not include an upgrade of the current software version (see chapter Update Licenses).

If option packs are installed, e.g. SwyxECR or SwyxConference, the number of users is calculated as the minimum of users for SwyxServer and users for the installed option packs. When increasing the number of users, it is also necessary to extend the option packs accordingly.
