Outlook calendar query for conference room (GSE) (kb2378)
In SwyxWare v4.10 and higher, there is the "Conference" function, with the so-called virtual conference rooms. This article describes how to combine access to a conference room with an Outlook calendar, so that an appointment must be entered before the conference room can be "entered".
This call routing can be generated both with the Graphical Script Editor and also with the Call Routing Manager's Rule Wizard.
