With various additional interfaces it is possible to integrate applications of third party manufacturers into SwyxWare:

ESTOS MetaDirectory 4 is a server application, which merges different databases to form a single consistent LDAP directory. Contact data from various databases are thus provided to the SwyxIt! Classic users and updated automatically.

Alternatively, you can also use C4B XPhone Connect Directory V6.0.81 SR 1 as an interface between external data sources and SwyxIt! Classic C4B XPhone Connect Directory accesses the corresponding data directly, no replication takes place.

In order to access the ESTOS MetaDirectory or C4B XPhone Connect Directory, SwyxIt! Classic has to be installed with the "Swyx VisualContacts" component.

The linking of ESTOS MetaDirectory or C4B XPhone Connect Directory also enables the integration of DATEV pro into SwyxWare. Thereby, the DATEV contact data and the telephony function are merged with SwyxIt! Classic, the computer telephony client.

In order to access the ESTOS MetaDirectory and to integrate DATEV, DATEV Basis pro V 2.0 or higher has to be installed on the user PC. SwyxIt! Classic has to be installed with the Swyx Connector for DATEV component.
