15.4 Name resolution for incoming calls
With Lotus/IBM/HCL Notes, you can use SwyxIt! Classic not only as a dialing aid but also to identify incoming calls. If the number of an incoming call can be identified in the Lotus/IBM/HCL Notes contacts, then the related name is displayed during the ringing and listed in the call journal. SwyxIt!
