14.2.11 Creating a meeting request from a Speed Dial
You can create a request for a meeting directly from the context menu of a Speed Dial. The person assigned to the speed dial button will be added as participant.
To create a meeting request from SwyxIt! Classic
1 In the context menu, select the option "Schedule Meeting" .
A new Outlook meeting request is created, and the person stored on the Speed Dial is entered as participant.
2 Customize the details in the meeting request as usual.
