The message log contains messages about successful or unsuccessful logons. You can check here whether the logon was successful, especially when you have several accounts with different providers.
To call the message log
1 Double-click in the tray (taskbar) on .
The Call Control Window opens.
2 Click with the right mouse button next to the Enreach logo.
The general context menu opens.
3 Select Help | Show Message Log from the menu.
The window with the messages is opened. Here, you can view details for the SwyxServer log-in (e.g. server name, user name).
4 You have the following options:
You can use the Reload button to refresh the messages.
You can use the Delete button to delete the displayed messages.
