19 Installing and Uninstalling SwyxIt! (SwyxIt! Classic
SwyxIt! Classic is part of SwyxIt! as of version 14.00. A new skin is available from this version. In addition to SwyxIt! Classic, this version also includes the new SwyxIt! App. You can switch on the skin between SwyxIt! Classic and the new SwyxIt! App. See 4.6.8 The View Menu.

This chapter describes how to install and uninstall SwyxIt! Classic (SwyxIt! Classic\SwyxIt! App) and external audio devices (SwyxIt! Handset or SwyxIt! Headset ).
After the installation has been completed successfully, you will find, according to the installation configuration, a link to SwyxIt! Classic on your desktop, and SwyxIt! Classic in the Windows Start menu/ Windows startup menu.
When uninstalling, please note that some data can only be deleted manually the respective directory. This includes the trace files in the user directory of the operating system (C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Local\Swyx\SwyxIt!\Traces) as well as the encrypted access data of the SwyxIt! Classic user in the Windows registry (Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Swyx\CommonLogin\CurrentVersion\Options\).
