C.3 Configuring a SwyxConnect 5000/8000 for use with Swyx
Not all of the settings required to use SwyxConnect with Swyx can be configured via the web interface. Enreach provides some INI files as templates, which are necessary to make specific settings for SwyxConnect.
The following steps are required for startup:
*Swyx setup, i.e., creating SIP gateway trunks and Swyx users; setting up Swyx locations as needed
*Connection of SwyxConnect to the LAN and the PSTN
*Configuration and installation of the customized INI files on SwyxConnect
