D.3 Swyx alongside another system with additional access to the public network
For a Swyx installed as a sub-telecommunication system, you can also provide a separate direct access to the public network or to other networks such as a SIP link or a SwyxLink.

The lines necessary for this, e.g. from an additional SX2 card, must then be connected to the public telephone network and configured appropriately for the direct connection to the PSTN (15.2.6 Installation of the software for the ISDN card).
In this scenario, various ISDN trunk groups are set up:
The forwarding table determines how calls are forwarded in such a scenario (14 Routing).
Please ensure that the permissions with which calls are forwarded are carefully configured.
