5.3.3.1 Microsoft Exchange Server
If Exchange Server is used, additional requirements apply.
You must create a user in Exchange Server that uses the same Windows user account ("swyxpbx") that the Swyx services are running under. See 5.3 Preparation for Installation
After this step, SwyxServer can access the Exchange Server via the MAPI interface, making appointment-based call management available to Swyx users.
