7.1 Login to Swyx Administration
For instructions on installing Swyx Administration, see 5.5 Installing Swyx Administration. You can also install Swyx Administration on other computers on the network to manage Swyx remotely; see 5.7 Separated Services.
 
 
When saving and processing personal data, observe the respective applicable legal data protection regulations.
 
 
Personal data cannot be deleted automatically. In order to meet the valid data protection regulations, it may be necessary to delete the entries manually.
 
 
Please note that you also need the appropriate permissions to administer Swyx. See 9.3 Administration profiles.
 
To log in to Swyx Administration
1 Double-click on the appropriate symbol on the Windows Desktop or select the Start Menu entry.
The "SwyxWare Login" window appears:
2 You can choose between
*Signing in with a Windows account (Not available in Swyx for Data Center and SwyxON)
You authenticate yourself with the Windows user account with which you have just logged in.
*Login with User Name / Password
You can also log in with a Swyx username and password. The access information can be stored on the computer currently being used in the user profile of the Windows user logged in. This information will then no longer be queried in further logins.
*Login with authentication token (only in SwyxON)
Platform- and partner-level administrators can log in to the Swyx Administration for a UC tenant using an authentication token for a limited time.
