7.1.1 Listening to Voice Messages
If you have received a voice message, this will be indicated on the Voice Box button. Clicking on Voice Box opens the Personal list and you can listen to your voice messages directly in SwyxIt!. When you click on , the voicemail player appears in the softphone area, showing a progress bar and options for reacting to the voicemail message.
To listen to your Voice Messages
1 Click on .
2 Click on Single, if applicable.
*The overview of your voice messages appears. Unplayed voice messages are highlighted in bold.
3 Move the mouse over the desired voice message and click under Action.
*The voicemail player opens in the softphone area, and the voice message is played.
 
If you click on without selecting a specific entry, all displayed entries will be deleted, including voice messages that have not yet been played.
 
To listen to Group Voice Messages
1 Click on .
*The overview of your voice messages appears.
2 Click on the tab with the name of the group from which you want to listen to voice messages.
*The list of messages received in the selected group is displayed. Unplayed voice messages are highlighted in bold.
3 Move the mouse over the desired voice message and click under Action.
*The voice message is played. The name of the group member who played the voice message first is displayed in the column Played by.
