10.3 Forward when busy
You can use this detour to specify whether phone calls are forwarded if your line is busy (i.e. you are currently making a call). The prerequisite for call forwarding on busy, however, is that the "Prevent second call" function is activated or that all your lines are busy.
To forward calls when you are already on the phone (forward if busy)
1 Open your dashboard.
2 Under Reachability in the Forwarding section, tap .
3 Activate Forward when you are busy in the If busy area.
4 Enter the destination in the Forward to field. You can choose between:
*Selection from the contacts
*Entering a phone number
*Your voicemail.
*Calls are forwarded if you are already on a call.
