10.6 Playing voicemails
If you have recieved a voicemail, a corresponding symbol is displayed in your “Recents” list.

When saving and processing personal data, observe the respective applicable legal data protection regulations. If you have any questions in particular concerning data protection regulations in SwyxWare, please contact your administrator.
 
* 
Personal data cannot be deleted automatically. In order to meet the valid data protection regulations, it may be necessary to delete the entries manually.
To listen to received voicemails 
1 Move the mouse pointer over the entry and click on the voicemail icon on the right hand side, next to the receiver symbol.
*A connection to your voicemail is established.
As an alternative you can establish a connection to your voicemail by clicking and holding the button within the dial pad.
