10.11 Managing two active calls
You can switch back and forth between two lines if, during an active call, you add a second call or another call comes in.
To add a second call
1 While the call is active, click on the
Add call button.
A dialog window appears.
The following options are available:
The connection to the second call partner is established.
To switch between two active lines (Toggle)
The two calls are displayed next to one another in the call field. The profile picture of the held conversation partner contains a pause sign.
1 Click on the profile picture of the contact you would like to be connected to.
The active call is placed on hold, and you will be connected with the new party directly.
2 Click on the profile picture of the call partner on hold to switch back.
To connect two call partners with each other
1 Click on the Connect lines button to connect two callers with one another and leave the call.
