The call forwarding that you specify here is a "spontaneous" forwarding rule that overwrites any currently active REACH rule. Compared to the configuration of forwarding via the REACH rules, the configuration here is much more limited. It is still useful if you need ad-hoc conditional or unconditional forwarding, regardless of the REACH configuration. See also 5.3 Setting call forwarding.
