4.2 Voicemail
You can receive and listen to voicemails. This is indicated by in the recents list.
To listen to a voicemail
1 Open the Enreach Contact App for Microsoft Teams.
2 Click on .
*The Recents list appears.
3 Click on the entry with the voicemail.
4 Click on .
*The voicemail is played.
* 
Click on to display the transcript of the voicemail.
 
To download a voicemail
1 Open the Enreach Contact App for Microsoft Teams.
2 Click on .
*The Recents list appears.
3 Click on the entry with the voicemail.
4 Click on
*The voicemail is downloaded to your device.
To delete a voicemail
1 Open the Enreach Contact App for Microsoft Teams.
2 Click on .
*The Recents list appears.
3 Click on the entry with the voicemail.
4 Click on .
5 Click on Yes, delete it.
*The voicemail is deleted.
