3.2 Speed dials
The numbers of frequently called conversation partners can be assigned to Speed Dials. You can show all and available contacts by clicking on the relevant button. By clicking on a Speed Dial, you can start a call with the respective contact. When saving and processing personal data, observe the respective applicable legal data protection regulations. If you have any questions especially regarding data protection in SwyxWare, please contact your administrator.

Personal data cannot be deleted automatically. In order to meet the valid data protection regulations, it may be necessary to delete the entries manually.
 
Under Speed Dials the following information is available:
*Name of the contact
*Status text
*Phone number
To edit a Speed dial
1 Click on in the Microsoft Teams menu bar.
*The Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams appears.
2 Click on Speed Dials in the menu bar.
*The Speed dials are displayed.
3 Click on on the corresponding speed dial key to edit it.
To add a Speed dial
1 Click on in the Microsoft Teams menu bar.
*The Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams appears.
2 Click on Speed Dials in the menu bar.
*The Speed dials are displayed.
3 Click on Add.
*A pop-up window appears where you can configure the Speed dial, see help.enreach.com/cpe/latest.version/App/Swyx/en-US/index.html#context/help/configure_speeddial_$.
