3.5.7 Viewing the utilisation rate of the Voice Box
You can display the current utilization of your Voice Box. The color of the utilization symbol indicates the current utilization level:

The Voice Box utilization is only displayed for your own Voice Box. If this has reached the maximum utilization, you may have to release storage space manually, depending on the settings in SwyxIt!, see 3.5.2 Deleting voice messages. You can recognize by the symbol that the voice box limit has been reached.

In the group Voice Box, the memory is automatically released at maximum utilization.
 
To view the utilization of your Voice Box
1 Click on in the Microsoft Teams menu bar.
*The Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams appears.
2 Click on in the menu bar.
*The overview of your voice messages appears.
3 Click on .
*A pop-up window will appear with the information about your available and used memory.
