4.2.1 Transferring calls from the call journal to DATEV
The button To DATEV appears next to each entry in the call journal. When you click the button, the call information is sent to DATEV Arbeitsplatz.
To use DATEV functions in the call journal
1 Click on in the Microsoft Teams menu bar.
*The Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams appears.
2 Click on in the menu bar.
*The call journal with all incoming and outgoing calls appears.
3 Move the mouse over an entry and click on To DATEV.
*The data of the corresponding call is transferred to DATEV Arbeitsplatz and you receive a notification.
