11.4 More options in the chat area
Search chat participants
You can search chat participants across direct messages and group chats. To do this, enter the name of the participant you are looking for under Search. Direct messages and chat rooms with the participant are displayed.
Notifications
If you have received messages, the number of new text messages up to 99+ is displayed in the bar next to Chats .
Draft message
To save a message as a draft, enter your message in the message field of a chat. When you return to this chat later, you will find the message in the text box. You can edit it and send it.
Cross platform chats
You can send and receive messages across platforms. They are synchronised between Enreach Contact Desktop, Enreach Contact iOS and Enreach Contact Android.
Mark chats as favorite
Colleagues and groups with whom you frequently exchange messages can be saved as favourites. They will then be pinned at the top of the chats list.
To mark a chat as a favorite 
1 In a chat, click on .
*The chat is added to your favourites and pinned at the top of the list.
or
1 Click on .
2 Hover over the chat you want to add to your favourites and click .
3 Click on .
*The chat is added to your favourites and pinned at the top of the list.
Filter chats
You can filter chats by direct messages and group chats.
To filter your chats 
1 Click on .
2 In the Chats area, click on .
*A list of the different chat types appears:
*All sources
*1:1 Chats
*Rooms
3 Select one source to filter the corresponding conversations.
4 Click on Save.
*The chats of the selected source are displayed.
