The contact search field is located above the contact list. Here you can enter a first or last name and a phone number to search your contacts.

The search results are automatically updated and semantically grouped as each character is entered.

If you search for a number in your contact list and do not find it, you have the option to dial directly using the dial icon next to the searched number.
