Microsoft Integration
Microsoft integration allows you to integrate your Office365 contacts to Enreach Contact Desktop. Incoming calls from one of your Outlook contacts are displayed with name and contact information, if applicable. You can also find your contacts in the phonebook .
To enable Microsoft integration 
To activate the integration with Microsoft, you must log in to the Microsoft portal once.
1 Click on your profile picture.
2 Click on Preferences | Integrations Settings.
3 Click on Microsoft.
*A dialogue for logging in with your Microsoft account appears.
4 Log in with your Microsoft credentials.
*The interface is set up after successful login. Your migrated Outlook contacts are displayed in Enreach Contact Desktop.

If you want to deactivate and reactivate the Microsoft integration, you do not have to enter your Microsoft credentials again.
