6.1 BLF (Busy Lamp Field)
The busy lamp field status shows your phone status at the top left of your profile picture. This is automatically set by the system, which detects whether you are logged on to Enreach Contact Desktop, your phone rings or you are currently on the phone.

Call forwarding active

You have activated unconditional forwarding, incoming calls are forwarded directly to your forwarding destination depending on the configuration

The phone status is also displayed in text form under the name in the contact list when the contact is on a call.
