10.1 Managing voicemails
Besides playing the voicemail, you have the following options:
*call back the contact who left a voicemail
*send a direct message to the contact
*download the voicemail
*delete the voicemail
To call back the sender of voicemail 
1 In the voicemail window, click on .
*The call is established and the pop-up window with the call options appears.
To send a direct message to the sender of voicemail 
1 In the voicemail window, click on .
*A chat window with the contact will open and you can send your message.
To download a voicemail 
1 Click on .
*The Recent list opens.
2 Click on the entry with the voicemail you want to save.
*A window opens with the voicemail.
3 Click on . You may need to click on Save.
*The voicemail is downloaded as an mp3 file.
To delete a voicemail 
1 Click on .
*The Recent list opens.
2 Move the mouse over the entry with the voicemail you want to delete and click .
3 Click on .
*The voicemail is deleted.

2 Click on the entry with the voicemail you want to delete.
*A window opens with the voicemail.
3 Click on .
*The voicemail is deleted.
