3.2 Linking the SIM card and selecting connection mode
It is recommended that you link the SIM card to your device to avoid duplicate calls. If the SIM card is not linked to your device, incoming calls are signalled both on the app and via the mobile network. Follow the steps at 9 Connection mode.
Please note that the SIM card assigned to your Enreach Contact order must be activated on your device, otherwise this may result in malfunction. If you have any questions, please contact your administrator.
