4.1 Dashboard
On the dashboard you will find an overview of your settings. Here you can make changes directly.
You can select your Status signaling and Caller ID and see at a glance which caller ID you use for outgoing calls. Furthermore, you can see in the Reachability area which device you have configured for incoming calls. Under My Queues you can see which queues you are signed into. You can find further personal information such as your extension number or e-mail address under My Profile.
The configuration of your Call forwarding is also visible on the dashboard and can be customised directly.
The dashboard is the central location where you can easily make changes to the configuration. You can access it at any time via your profile picture in the middle of the menu bar.
