12.1 Direct Messages
You can send direct messages to individual contacts.
To send a direct message to a participant 
1 Tap .
2 Tap .
3 Enter the name of the contact you want to chat with in the search field.
4 Tap the contact you want to start a chat with.
5 Tap Done.
6 Enter your message in the Message field. You can share a photo, video or a file by tapping the +. See also chapter To share photos and videos within a chat.
7 Tap .
*The selected contact receives the message.
To view direct messages with a participant 
1 Tap .
2 Tap the desired contact to resume the chat conversation.
3 Enter your message in the Message field.
4 Tap .
*The selected contact receives the message.
