3.1 Logging in or out of queues
Login via SwyxIt!
If you have already selected a VisualGroups skin, you will also be logged on to your queues when you log on to SwyxIt!.
Logout via SwyxIt!
You will be logged out of your queues when you exit SwyxIt!, log out of VisualGroups or select a skin without VisualGroups. See
Selecting a VisualGroups skin.
Log in and log out via terminal device
As of VisualGroups 1.9 you can also log in/out of your VisualGroups queues via your desk phone, SwyxMobile App or Swyx Desktop for macOS.

You log in to VisualGroups as a user, not your phone. If you are logged in to VisualGroups, incoming calls are therefore signaled on all your devices at the same time.

The call number for the queue login is assigned to the user VG_login_user. It can be changed via SwyxWare or Swyx Control Center.

To log in via a terminal device other than SwyxIt!
1 On your telephone, dial the call number for the queue registration with the suffix *11*.
You are logged in to all your queues.
Example:
If the user VG_login_user has the phone number 600, dial 600*11* to log in.
How to log out from a terminal other than SwyxIt!
1 On your telephone, dial the call number for the queue registration with the suffix *10*.
You are logged out of all your queues.

You can only log off via a terminal device if you are not logged on to VisualGroups via SwyxIt!
