If users are logged on to VisualGroups on a device other than SwyxIt!, such as a desk phone or Swyx Mobile, they will remain logged on by default until they log off themselves on the device. See also Log in and log out via terminal device.

To prevent users who have forgotten to log out from being incorrectly listed as active in their queues, you can set an automatic logout. A user is then automatically logged out of VisualGroups on all devices (except SwyxIt!) when he logs out of Swyx. Users then have to log in to their queues again each time.
