4.1.1.4 Marking of users
The call status of the individual users is highlighted in the Userinfo wallboards. The meaning of the colour coding and the user symbols is explained below.

Busy (in conversation or "do not disturb" activated)
Orange outline

Grey outline
User assigned to queue, but inactive
Icon
Description
If the status is red, this indicates that the user has an active call outside the queue.
If the status is red, this indicates that the user has an active call within the queue.
Indicates that the next call in the queue will be distributed to this user.
Indicates in the queue overview that the user is logged into the queue.
*The number of accepted calls is displayed below the user.
*If a user has defined his settings so that queue calls are not automatically distributed to him, his opacity in the wallboard is reduced to 40%.
