5 Supervisor dashboard
A supervisor monitors the teams and queues assigned to them in VisualGroups in the course of the day.
He keeps
the capacity utilization, the agent status and service quality at a glance. A supervisor is authorized to manage the assignment of agents to the queues in real time as required. He may adjust certain settings in queues and agents that have been defined by the administrator.
