3.1.2 Changing a user extension order
You can change existing extensions in the Order tab in the Enreach Contact environment of your customer account in Operator.
* 
The button indicates the order is already delivered. When the order is not active yet, you will see the delivery date.
 
To change a user extension order
1 If necessary, type in the customer you want to change the extension for in the search bar and click on the customer’s name.
*The Customer details page appears.
2 In the menu click on Enreach Contact.
*The Enreach Contact environment appears.
3 Click on Orders.
*The overview of all orders for this customer appears.
4 Click on the order number of the order you want to change.
*The order details of the order with 7 different tabs appear.

On this tab you can see the privacy groups.
Registered Channels
On this tab the linked SIP channels are displayed.
Invoicing
This tab displays the activated products and add-ons and the corresponding costs of sales.
Purchase
This tab shows the activated products and addons and the corresponding purchasing costs.
Orders
On this tab you can view the history of this order.
Usage
This tab shows an insight into the costs incurred by call traffic.
5 Open the dropdown menu Actions and click on Change order.
 
*The Change Enreach Contact order page appears.

Select portfolio
Select the type of user you want to activate from the dropdown list.
Plan date
Enter the date on which the order should be adjusted.
6 Click on Next step.
*The Add-ons page appears.
7 Activate or deactivate the desired add-ons.
* 
Depending on the proposition in the respective country, different add ons are available.
 
8 Click on Next step.
*The Confirm page with an order overview appears.
9 Click on Place order to confirm your order.
*Your order is confirmed and will be effective on the specified day.
