11.2 VoIP channels
In order to use your phone, it must be able to communicate with the VoIP platform. This is done using a VoIP channel that is programmed in your phone manually or via autoprovisioning. With the Enreach Contact service, you need your own VoIP channel for each device.

In the channel overview, indicates that the device is registered. If the dot is grey, the device is not registered.
