13.2 Editing phonebook entries

The name must be unambiguous within SwyxServer.

To edit an entry in the Global Phonebook
1 In the menu, select Global Phonebook.
A list appears with all entries in the Global Phonebook.
2 In the line of the appropriate entry, click on
, to edit the entry.
3 Click on
in the line of the corresponding entry to delete the entry.
To edit an entry in the Personal Phonebook
1 In the menu, select User.
For administrators, a list appears with all Users.
2 As administrator, click on
in the line of the appropriate user.
3 Click on the submenu item Personal Phonebook.
4 In the line of the appropriate entry, click on
.
5 Click on
in the line of the corresponding entry to delete the entry.
