4.5 Assign user-specific functions
You can assign an additional function to users, see 5.3 Additional functions.
 
Assignment is only possible if the number of licenses purchased has not been exceeded.
 
To assign additional functions to users
1 In the menu, select General Settings | Licenses and Features.
2 Click on User specific features.
*A list of the purchased add-ons will appear.

3 Click in the row of an additional function.
*The configuration wizard Edit <Add-on> appears.
4 Drag and drop the users from the left side into the table on the right.
 
Use the search bar above the list of all users to search for users. Click on View All to end the search.
 
*Users can access this additional feature as soon as they log in to SwyxServer.
 
The additional function Swyx Direct for MS Teams must then be enabled for the desired user, see 4.23.2 Activate Swyx Direct Users.
